We’re looking for an Agile Coach who is more than just a facilitator—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can tailor their approach to support the needs of our teams and organisation. Our ideal candidate is a skilled collaborator who brings clarity, encourages ownership and supports teams in reaching their goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Team support: Work closely with teams (Firmware, Cloud, QA, App and Design) to understand their needs and create an environment where they can thrive.
- Collaboration across teams: Align with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
- Shaping Ways of Working: Play a key role in refining and guiding how we collaborate, ensuring our processes are effective and aligned with team needs.
- Encouraging growth: Act as a coach and mentor, supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Facilitating Agile practices: Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while adapting processes to suit the team’s unique context.
- Removing barriers: Help identify and eliminate obstacles that could slow down progress.
- Delivering on time: Ensure teams stay on track and meet delivery timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as an agile coach or similar role: You’ve successfully guided teams using agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Adaptability: You’re not rigid in your approach and can adjust to meet the team’s needs.
- Strong communication skills: You’re a connector who can build relationships and encourage open dialogue.
- Coaching mindset: You enjoy helping individuals and teams grow their skills and confidence.
- Problem-solving expertise: You’re proactive and creative when it comes to finding solutions to challenges.
- Understanding of software development: While you don’t need to code, having a solid grasp of development processes is a big plus.
- It’s a plus if you have led agile transformation projects.
