What you’ll be bring

• Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Architecting solutions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures on AWS.
• Driving data insights: Build and enhance integrations with Google Analytics to deliver meaningful insights.
• Ensuring compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance across all cloud solutions, championing data protection best practices.
• Strategic problem-solving: Work closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges, improve processes, and innovate solutions.
• Knowledge sharing: Act as a technical authority, sharing expertise across the team and organisation.

What we’re looking for

• Leadership experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Cloud expertise: Advanced knowledge of AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway) and familiarity with other cloud platforms.
• Data analytics skills: Practical experience with Google Analytics, including data integration and reporting.
• Compliance knowledge: Understanding of GDPR and its implications for cloud development.
• Architectural: Strong ability to design, implement, and optimise cloud architectures.
• Programming: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, focusing on clean, tested code and best practices.
• Problem-solving: A resourceful, solution-focused approach to tackling complex challenges.
• Collaboration and communication: Excellent communication skills to lead effectively and work across teams.
